Filling out any contact form, requesting service, or using our tools creates no binding contract or service obligation.

Online Estimate Tool
We provide a free custom heating and cooling system replacement estimate tool (the “Online Estimate Tool”) as a convenience for informational purposes only. Any price or estimate generated by this tool is:

– A preliminary estimate only based solely on the limited information you provide and general assumptions about standard installations.
– Not a fixed price, binding quote, offer, or agreed-upon price for any services.
– For comparison purposes only and does not include current promotions, discounts, taxes, permits, or site-specific adjustments.

You acknowledge and agree that:
1. Every HVAC project is unique. Actual costs can vary significantly due to variables including (but not limited to) exact home measurements and layout, existing system condition, ductwork configuration, electrical service, accessibility issues, local building codes, permits, material price fluctuations, labor requirements, and unforeseen site conditions.
2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into the Online Estimate Tool.
3. We shall have no liability whatsoever for any inaccuracies, errors, or differences between the online estimate and the actual cost of service. This includes any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on the online estimate (we are expressly held harmless from user error or incomplete information).
4. A final, accurate, and binding price and scope of work can only be provided after an on-site evaluation by one of our licensed technicians and your acceptance of a written proposal.

All work we perform is governed by a separate written service agreement and final quote provided at the time of service.

Rebates, Tax Incentives, and Utility Programs
Any information we provide — on the Site, during a sales conversation, in estimates, proposals, or otherwise — about utility company rebates, federal or state tax credits/incentives, manufacturer promotions, or other financial programs is for informational purposes only and reflects data available to us at the time of discussion.

You acknowledge and agree that:
1. Rebate amounts, eligibility rules, tax incentives, and program availability can change at any time without notice by third parties (utility companies, IRS, state agencies, manufacturers, etc.) over which we have no control.
2. We are not responsible if any rebate or incentive changes, is reduced, expires, or is denied after we mention it — even if discussed or referenced during the sale or estimate process.
3. We are not responsible for any rebates, tax incentives, or programs that may have been available at the time of your installation or purchase but were unknown to us or not mentioned.
4. It is solely your responsibility to independently research, verify current eligibility, apply for, and confirm receipt of all rebates, tax incentives, and programs. We do not guarantee qualification for or receipt of any incentive, and we are expressly held harmless from any loss, disappointment, or additional costs you may incur related to rebates or incentives.

### 4. Intellectual Property
