- Modulating gas valve – operates at 40%-100% capacity to match the needs of your home on any day. A single stage furnace is sized for the coldest days of the year, mild days that furnace is oversized. This machine changes its output to be correctly sized on any day.

- Heil Quiet Comfort 96% 2 Stage – A step down from the fully communicating Heil ION, the 2 stage furnace operates in high and low. On low stage this furnace operates at 70% capacity, reserving high stage for the colder evenings. This lowers utility bills and increases comfort. Paired with a 2 stage air conditioner you can utilize the dehumidify feature to have even more control of your homes environment.

I called them at 9:25 and Andrew responded that he would be there between 10:00 & 11:00. He was there at 9:55 and quickly … More diagnosed the problem (pressure switch) and put a new one on. Furnace was running and warming up the house. He was gone by 10:15. Great, fast, resonable and professional service.

Harley and Shane were fantastic. I live in an older home with very small vents and initially they were unsure if they would … More be able to fit the brush and hose in for cleaning. They still gave it their best shot and managed to get it done despite the difficulties. They also cleaned my flame sensor for me free of charge. I really appreciated their hard work and can-do attitudes! The price was also second to none it was loads more affordable than every other company I called for an estimate.
